Brian has been creating artworks most of his life but he seriously began to explore oil painting after being asked to show his work in Andrew Kiss' Primal Song Gallery.
Brian is mainly self taught and works in a relatively small northern town named Williams Lake.He has always wanted to be an artist and he finds time with his family, his business and his desire to become the best he can enough to fill every day.His youthful eyes and his sure, talented hands create pieces taken from nature, his main muse.He specializes in flowers, insects but cautions that he is not just a wildlife painter.His primary objective is to get his viewers to slow down and focus on the majic moments of nature that surround us all on a constant basis.His paintings from the bugs eye view command one to take time to look at the small things that add so much to our busy lives.

He has shown in Calgary, Williams Lake, Penticton and Kelowna.His work is in private and corporate collections in Canada and the USA.
