Presently lives in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia

Zeer is mainly self taught with minor study at University of Calgary and Alberta College of Art and Design.Rob feels that he has a unique understanding of the Canadian landscape and its rugged spiritual quality.At his easel, always painting on site (en plein air), he best depicts this special quality.He paints all of his paintings en plein aire, even as large as 60" x 72" pieces. It is his hope that he is able to convey this feeling that he has for the Canadian landscape to others in a profound, enduring way.
