Grace grew up in Ft. Langley, British Columbia, but now resides in Penticton, BC with her husband and family.She is an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists.
Grace is a painter of portraits, figurative, still-life, sea and
landscapes.Acrylic paint is her medium of choice but she also works in pastel and water-colour.
Her paintings focus on light and she loves to get out her French easel and paint outdoors.Painting “en plein-air” allows the wonderful fast changing
elements to surround and envelope me so that I am forced to paint intuitively.She relies on an accurate and proportional drawing loosely rendered beneath layers of rich colours.
Grace has exhibited in solo and juried shows and her works may be
found in private collections in Canada and the United States.
