Agnes as an artist is a late bloomer.After raising a family of four and then on to a Royal Toronto Music Degree, her husband knowing her desire gave her a gift of art supplies.At first self taught and then as a member of the Oliver Art club, she attended
several art classes given by various instructors from many areas and also members of the art club.
Agnes works in oils, pastels, acrylics, and water colours.Her paintings are original, working from sketches done while travelling or from the
lovely local scenery.Agnes’ work hangs in many private collections in Alberta and British Columbia.
Agnes comes from a very creative family.Her mother was a musician, artist and a mother.She feels that she is an artist through to her finger
tips!
